The play area at Wormwood Scrubs is situated in the visits hall.

Facilities on offer
- Toys, puzzles, board games
- Arts and crafts activities - children can paint a picture and give it to the person they are visiting
- Dressing up clothes
- Imaginative play
- Trained playworkers
Extended 'family day' visits
Special extra 'children's visits' are available on a Wednesday morning from 9am - 11am. These visits take place in a separate room in the downstairs legal visits area. Any inmate can apply for a 'children's visit' - but as they are so popular, each prisoner is limited to a maximum of one a month.
