PLAY SERVICES AT HMP FOREST BANK

Children visiting HMP Forest Bank can now play in the new play area inside the visits hall.

Children aged two or over can visit the play area staffed by our playworkers. Babies under two will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, but toys and activities are available for all ages and interests. The pact play area is commended by the local Sure Start Children's Centre.

Opening hours
The play service is available on each visit - six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday.

Extended 'family day' visits
Special 'children's visits' are available several times a year. Prisoners and their families can play together for a whole day, move around the visits hall freely and take part in activities such as face-painting, treasure hunts, and storytelling.
