FILM REVEALS AN INSIDE VIEW OF VISITS AT HMP WANDSWORTH

Our new film shows prospective visitors to HMP Wandsworth what the experience will be like.
The four-minute film is available on YouTube and on our website.
Our hope is that the film will help to reassure anxious first-time visitors, by showing them what's actually going to happen when they go to visit a relative inside the prison.
It starts at the visitors' centre and walks viewers through the maze of ID checks, searches, security checks and into the visits hall inside the prison, where they will meet their imprisoned relative.
The film was produced by WIRED with the generous support of the staff of HMP Wandsworth and the Prisoners' Families and Friends Service.
