The Awards

The Albert Gubay Award

Thanks to the generous support of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation, we will be recognising the achievements of one Pact Cymru Courts Volunteer and celebrating the work of this unique service in Wales.

The Partnership Award

Supporting people away from the justice system is complex and challenging. Pact believes this can only be achieved through working together. This award will celebrate an individual's achievements in partnership building.

The Extra Mile Award

Pact works to support people leaving prison in North Wales. This award is to recognise someone who 'goes the extra mile' in accompanying and supporting people out through the prison gate and back into society.

The Unsung Hero Award

The criminal justice system is full of unsung heroes. This award recognises one such person who gives their time freely to make North Wales a safer place.

The Innovation Award

We know that many of the best ideas come from the front line. This award recognises a volunteer who has introduced innovative ideas or approaches.

Y Gwobrau

Gwobr Albert Gubay

Yn sgîl cefnogaeth hael Sefydliad Albert Gubay, byddwn ni’n cydnabod cyflawniadau un o
Wirfoddolwyr Pact Cymru yn y Llysoedd ac yn dathlu gwaith y gwasanaeth hwn, sy’n
unigryw i Gymru.

Y Wobr Partneriaeth

Mae cefnogi pobl i adael y system gyfiawnder yn waith cymhleth a heriol. Mae Pact yn
credu mai dim ond trwy gydweithio mae modd cyflawni hyn. Bydd y wobr hon yn dathlu
cyflawniadau unigolyn o ran adeiladu partneriaeth.

Gwobr y Filltir Ychwanegol

Mae Pact yn gweithio i gefnogi pobl sy’n gadael y carchar yng Ngogledd Cymru. Bwriad y
wobr hon yw cydnabod rhywun sy’n ‘teithio’r filltir ychwanegol’ wrth hebrwng a chefnogi pobl
allan trwy gât y carchar ac yn ôl i’r gymdeithas.

Gwobr Arwr Anhysbys

Mae’r system cyfiawnder troseddol yn llawn arwyr anhysbys. Mae’r wobr hon yn cydnabod un
person o’r fath sy’n rhoi yn hael o’u hamser i wneud Gogledd Cymru yn lle mwy diogel.

Y Wobr Arloesedd

Rydyn ni’n gwybod bod llawer o’r syniadau gorau yn dod o’r rheng flaen. Mae’r wobr hon yn
cydnabod gwirfoddolwr sydd wedi cyflwyno syniadau neu ddulliau gweithredu arloesol.
