This year our AGM and Conference will look a little different! It will be completely online! Though we will sadly not get the opportunity to welcome our guests in person as we normally do each year, we will still be hosting what we hope will be an impactful and interesting event, as always, led by the voices and experiences of the people we serve – prisoners and their families.

Attendees will hear from people with a loved one in prison, who have been directly impacted by the Covid-19 prison lockdown. You can hear more about how this affected their lives and their relationships, the vital support that enabled them to maintain contact and what lessons they feel the criminal justice system can learn from this unprecedented period.

You will also hear from Pact volunteers about what inspires them to dedicate their time to supporting those caught up in the justice system, and how their roles have adapted to meet the needs of service users during lockdown. We will be sharing your thoughts on the opportunities we have to ‘build back better’, and how, by working together for ’the Common Good’, we can support prisoners and their families to make a fresh start in ‘the new normal’.
