Locked Out

Every year, over 200,000 children are affected by the imprisonment of a parent, and tens of thousands more by the imprisonment of other family members. In 2017, Pact developed new, free resources for children and young people, parents/carers, and professionals thanks to two exciting initiatives in Wales and London, funded by Big Lottery Wales, by Comic Relief and The Pilgrim Trust. Please join us at this event to celebrate and share this work.

The Venue

From October 2017, Pact was awarded contracts by the Ministry of Justice to deliver and develop services for families at a number of prisons across England and Wales, including all of the adult prisons in London. We are therefore delighted to hold this showcase event in partnership with Governor Steve Bradford, to celebrate our return to the purpose-built Family Visitors’ Centre which Pact was closely involved in designing and developing between 2005-2011.
