We are commissioning a small consultancy project as a result of the recent mobilisation of our Routes 2 Change service delivery at HMP/YOI Isis, with the aim to ensure that the service meets the specific needs of this prisoner population.

HMP/YOI Isis has a young and very diverse population, from a wide range of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. Considering the complex makeup of the prisoner population we would appreciate applications that can speak to both the minoritised ethnic population and the religious affiliation of prisoners, and for that reason we would also welcome partnership applications.

We particularly welcome applications from individuals or organisations which can demonstrate relevant experience of similar work, experience of working in custodial settings, and specific expertise or lived experience.  We are keen to receive proposals from individuals or organisations which themselves have close connections with minoritised communities or can demonstrate cultural sensitivity and anti-racist practice.
