Pact Futures Community Interest Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pact, working to the same ethos and values.

Being a Pact Futures Director means ensuring good governance and development of the CIC, strategic oversight and direction. This involves attending six Board meetings a year, two of which will involve meeting with the Pact Trustees to review performance and strategy, and providing occasional advice, guidance or information to colleagues on the Board, the Managing Director, and other senior staff.

We are looking for Directors who share Pact Futures’ sense of mission and values and want to support the CIC’s work with and for people affected by imprisonment, with the time available to commit to us and some relevant experience which could add value to the Board.

We particularly welcome people with experience or skills in any of the following areas:
- Growing an organisation (voluntary or private sector)
- Contracts and/or Commercial Law
- Training/Learning & Skills
- Marketing/Public Relations/communications.
