Following a bid to Big Lottery Fund Wales, she further developed the service to include a Wales-wide team working in Swansea, Cardiff and Usk/Prescoed. Joanne is committed to keeping service users at the heart of family support work and working in partnership with other organisations in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
