We’re a charity working with, and for, people affected by imprisonment, including prisoners, their children and families, and people with convictions. So your feedback is always taken seriously and is very important to us.

We work closely with HM Prison & Probation Service. If your complaint, feedback or suggestion is about something that is in their control, we can pass this on to them on your behalf, or point you in the right direction.

There are other ways you can send us your feedback. You can:

  • Fill in the form at a Pact Visitors’ Centre and give it to a member of Pact staff or drop it into one of our Feedback Boxes.
  • You can scan the form and email it to feedback@prisonadvice.org.uk
