Pact launches new Five Year Vision with a film made by our super hero staff

On the eve of our AGM and Women’s Voices Conference, we are delighted to launch our new Five Year Vision; ‘Routes to Change’.

We have set out our seven strategic goals, which have been co-created with our services users, including people who have been in prison, and people who have experienced the imprisonment of parents, partners and family members. Rather than publishing a brochure or booklet, Pact staff have come together to produce a low cost but lively and engaging short film, to bring our shared vision to life, and to give a flavour of some of our work across England and Wales.

Andy Keen-Downs, Pact CEO said:

"Having grown and developed our range of services very significantly over the past 5 years, we have reflected on our Vision, Mission and Values, and set out our ambitions and goals for 2019 – 2024 based on listening to our services users, and our staff.  ‘Routes to Change’ replaces ‘Growing to Serve’ as our new strategic guide, offering a clear set of pathways for our staff, volunteers, supporters and friends, to work together for the Common Good."
