Leaving a gift in your Will is an opportunity for you to continue to make an impact for generations to come. Your support will help us to break the cycle of offending, and bring hope of a fresh start to prisoners and their families. We are so grateful that you are considering remembering Pact in this very special way.

Your wish to see prisoners and their families continue to be supported in the future is important. We want to make sure that you have the legal knowledge that you need to write or amend your Will:

Pact is a member of Your Catholic Legacy, which is a group of Catholic charities and Dioceses working together to support people to leave a legacy gift in their Will. Your Catholic Legacy has a myriad of online resources to help you to consider leaving a legacy to Pact. They also have a downloadable Will writing guide and advice on how to make sure your wishes are legally respected after your death. You don’t have to be a Catholic or even a Christian to access these resources, but they may be useful in making sure that your legacy wishes are respected. You can also find details of local Will writers through the Law Society along with more information about the Will writing process.

If you’d like to speak to us about remembering Pact in your Will, or nominating Pact for In Memoriam donations, please send us an email to [email protected] and we'd be glad to get in touch with you.
