Cleo Metcalf is the Deputy Chief Executive for an independent youth charity that delivers specialist programmes and general youth service provision to disadvantaged young people, many of whom are at risk of engaging in criminal activity.

Cleo has spent the last 21 years working in the voluntary and community sector in senior leadership roles.

Cleo first engaged with Pact to seek advice for a relative in prison; this soon resulted in her spending a year as a Pact ambassador before successfully applying to take up a role as Pact Trustee.
