Emma is an experienced manager with a rich and varied background in the voluntary sector. She started her career in a domestic violence charity in east London, developing services and raising funds. She also managed a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers before moving to the School for Social Entrepreneurs as Director of the London School. Emma has also worked for AfriKids, an international development charity operating in Ghana.

She joins Pact from School-Home Support where she jointly managed the Fundraising team and was responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships. Emma is passionate about building relationships with supporters, working to ensure donors understand the impact of their support and a skilled partnerships manager. She is deeply committed to tackling inequality and social injustice.
