Pact works in prisons, courts, and communities across England and Wales. Join us in supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society while developing your skills and justice sector experience.

From Durham to Dartmoor, Swansea to Sheerness, more than 380 members of staff make our vital work happen.

Working for Pact

At Pact, we support people in prison and their families to make a fresh start and to minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment on people with convictions, children, families and communities.

We are an inclusive, welcoming organisation with a diverse workforce who share our core values. We welcome applications from individuals from all communities and all backgrounds, and actively encourage those with lived experience of the criminal justice system to apply where the role and circumstances allow.

As a member of the Pact team, you will help us to:

  • build stronger families and safer communities
  • reduce the risk of harm to prisoners and their families
  • create innovative solutions to challenges in the justice sector
  • inform policy and promote evidence-based practice
Working For Pact

Everyone shares the same goals and values, which makes it a pleasure to go to work. All the staff are totally committed and there's a great sense of family.
