Here are some of the benefits of working for Pact.

Learning and development

We offer comprehensive induction training, as well as a variety of in-house training, e-Learning and learning opportunities through peer support groups, shadowing and buddying.

Annual leave

We offer 30 days' annual leave per annum plus recognised bank and public holidays. If you work part-time your annual leave will be pro rata'd according to the hours you work.

Family Friendly

We are a family friendly employer, with nearly half of our staff working part time hours. We offer generous family friendly benefits such as enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and paid special leave for emergencies to support our people with caring responsibilities, and look to offer flexibility around working hours where we can.

Living Wage employer

We always seek to pay at least the Living Wage, which is an independently set, voluntary hourly rate of pay.

Pension

We operate an auto-enrolment pension with Pact making contributions to your personal pension plan.

Employee assistance programme

Pact offers also employees access to a free, independent and confidential counselling and advice service covering subjects such as financial advice, family issues and consumer rights. This can be accessed over the phone, email or internet, and where appropriate, employees can access face to face counselling.

Interest free season ticket loan

We offer an interest free loan for annual season tickets for travelling to work after successful completion of the probationary period.

Cycle to Work

The Cycle to Work programme delivered through Cycle Scheme takes advantage of the Government's Green Transport Plan.

The scheme promotes cycling as a more attractive way of commuting to work by enabling employees to benefit from tax incentives.
