Commenting on her appointment, Sinéad said:
"I've spent much of my career working alongside people whose lives have been shaped by inequality, adversity and the justice system. I've learned that lasting change is rarely achieved by acting on behalf of people and communities; it comes when we work alongside people, recognise their strengths, and create opportunities for hope, connection and a different future. Pact's work and ethos strongly align with my values, and I am delighted to be joining the Board."
